The Role of Conation in Student Performance and Perceptions in Team-Based Courses

The ability to work effectively in teams is of increasing importance for college graduates, and faculty struggle with methods to form fair and effective teams.  The Kolbe A™ Index has been widely used in the private sector for team formation.

 

In this project, we are examining the potential for using this third-party instrument in academic settings.  A pilot study in a team-based learning biology classroom is underway, and we are actively seeking collaborators for a larger scale study.  If you are interested in collaborating, please complete this survey:
